Website design & build

A website that brings you quote requests. Not just a nice logo on a screen.

We design and build sites for service businesses whose customers decide in under a minute. Fast to load, obvious on a phone, and built around one action: getting the visitor to ask you for a price. Designed, built, hosted and measured β€” live in two to three weeks.

  • Live in 2–3 weeks
  • Under two seconds to load on mobile
  • You own the domain, the code and every account
  • Hosting, backups and small changes included

Why this matters

What your website is actually for.

Somebody gets your name from a neighbour, from the side of a van, or from Google. Before they ring you, they check that you exist. That check takes about eight seconds, happens on a phone, usually one-handed, and often on bad signal in a car park.

In those eight seconds they are deciding one thing, and it is not whether your brand colours are nice. They are deciding whether this company looks like it will turn up on the day and do a proper job. If the site is slow, if it looks like it was built in 2011, or if they have to hunt for a phone number, they close it and check the next company. You never find out that it happened.

So the job of the site is not to describe you. It is to remove every reason to leave, answer the two or three doubts that stop people calling, and make asking for a price the easiest thing on the screen.

What you get

Everything in the price. No modules to buy later.

A design that fits your business
Not a template with your logo dropped into it. We design the layout around what you sell and who buys it β€” a solar installer’s website should not have the same structure as a dentist’s, because the buying decision is nothing like the same.
Built for phones first
Roughly seven out of ten of your visitors are on a phone. We design that version first and then scale it up to desktop, rather than the other way round β€” which is why so many sites are unusable one-handed.
Speed you can measure
Every extra second of load time loses you visitors, and Google ranks slow sites lower. We build lean pages, compress the images properly, and test on a throttled mobile connection β€” not on the office wi-fi where everything looks fast.
Quote forms that actually get filled in
Short forms, placed where somebody has just decided they are interested, that go straight to your phone and your CRM. If you also run the AI call manager, a form can trigger a callback within two minutes.
The groundwork to be found on Google
Proper page titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, fast pages, pages for each area you cover, and your Google Business Profile connected. This is the technical foundation that lets you rank β€” not a vague monthly SEO retainer.
Proof that you are real
Photographs of your actual work, reviews, certifications, insurance, guarantees and the areas you cover β€” placed at the exact points where a visitor has a doubt, rather than buried on an β€œAbout us” page nobody opens.
Numbers you can read without training
A simple dashboard: how many people visited, where they came from, how many asked for a quote, and which pages they came in on. Enough to tell you whether your advertising is working, in language you do not need a marketer to interpret.
Hosting, security and updates
We host it, keep it patched and backed up, renew the certificates, and make small changes for you. You never need to find a developer because a phone number changed.

What we build

Pick the shape that matches how you sell.

We will tell you on the first call which of these you actually need. It is usually the cheaper one.

One-page site

For a business that does one thing well. Everything the customer needs β€” what you do, proof, prices or price ranges, and the form β€” on a single scrolling page. Live in about a week.

Fastest to launch

Full company site

Home, individual service pages, the areas you cover, past projects, about, contact. The right choice when you have several distinct services or several towns you want to rank in on Google.

Best for search traffic

Landing pages for ad campaigns

A dedicated page per campaign, so somebody clicking your advert about battery storage lands on a page about battery storage instead of your homepage. This is usually the single biggest lever on ad cost per lead.

Built for paid traffic

Self-service booking site

Where the customer picks their own slot without speaking to anybody β€” connected to the same live calendar the AI call manager uses, so the two can never double-book you.

Pairs with the call manager

Eight seconds to look like the company that turns up.

How the build runs

Two to three weeks, and you know what happens on each of them.

  1. 01Days 1–3

    We learn the business

One sixty-minute call: what you sell, what your best customers have in common, what people always ask before buying, who you lose work to, and what you want the site to make happen.

  2. 02Days 4–7

    Structure and words

We map the pages and write the text before designing anything, because the words are where the selling actually happens. You read and approve them β€” this is the stage where your input matters most.

  3. 03Week 2

    Design

You see the real design of the home page and one inner page, on both desktop and phone. Two rounds of changes are included, and we would rather you were blunt at this stage than polite.

  4. 04Week 2–3

    Build and test

We build it, test it on real phones rather than a simulator, check that every form actually arrives, measure the load speed, and check it reads correctly for screen readers.

  5. 05Launch day

    Go live

We move the domain, keep your old page addresses working so you do not lose the Google rankings you already have, connect the analytics, and hand over every login in your name.

  6. 06The 30 days after

    Support included

Anything broken or unclear, we fix at no charge. After that, a small monthly fee covers hosting, updates and changes β€” or you take the logins and manage it yourself.

Our work

Real builds. Numbers we can point at.

A sample of systems we have shipped over the last twelve months. Every one is a bespoke build for that business, not a template.

Solar installer

Their quote line rang out most afternoons while both crews were on installs. We put the AI call manager on the number, connected it to their calendar and CRM, and set it to book surveys directly. It now handles roughly 60% of inbound calls from first hello to booked appointment.

+46%more qualified leads per month

Health clinic

An AI receptionist answering around the clock: it triages patients against rules the clinic wrote itself, answers the twenty questions reception was repeating all day, and books appointments straight into the practice calendar.

24/7cover, zero missed calls since launch

Auto detailer

Visitors were reading the website, having one question, and leaving without calling. We added a booking assistant to the site that answers the question and books the slot inside the same conversation.

3Γ—more bookings straight from the website

Sales team

A speed-to-lead system that reaches every new enquiry in under two minutes β€” before a competitor has even opened the email β€” then follows up on a fixed schedule until the lead answers one way or the other.

4Γ—more conversions from the same lead volume

Content business

The whole publishing workflow automated: script outlines, upload scheduling, descriptions, thumbnails and cross-posting, so the channel publishes to a fixed schedule without anybody babysitting it.

FAQ

What owners ask us about websites.

It depends on how many pages there are and how much of the writing and photography we handle. You get the number on the first call, before you commit to anything. It is a fixed price β€” there is no hourly billing and no invoice at the end that is larger than the quote.

Find out what this would look like in your business.

A free 30-minute call. Tell us where the time and the leads are going, and you will get a straight answer: what we would automate first, what it would cost, and whether it is worth doing at all.
